What do I get when I join Club 'Zona?
After joining, you’ll receive a welcome box packed with exclusive members-only items, a free Club 'Zona T-shirt (we’ll ask for your size) and $20 in Blossom Bucks, which you can spend like store credit on drinkarizona.com. All welcome boxes ship within 1-2 weeks of ordering.
What are Blossom Bucks, and how can I use them?
Blossom Bucks are our store credit: 1 Blossom Buck equals $1. As a member, you’ll get a $20 sign-up bonus and earn 5% back in Blossom Bucks on every purchase. Blossom Bucks can be used with special-offer discounts through your membership portal, but not with other promo codes. They expire after 12 months of inactivity from the date earned.
What’s the First-Sip program, and how do I get involved?
We've got you! As a member, you’re automatically enrolled to get early access to new drink flavors and snacks before they launch online. All First-Sip offers are a mystery and you won’t know what’s inside the box until you get it! When a First-Sip offer is available, you’ll see it in your membership portal under “Club ’Zona Offers.” Just redeem and we’ll ship it straight to you, free of charge!
Will my membership renew automatically?
Yes, your membership will renew automatically every year unless you cancel it beforehand. You can cancel any time through your account settings or by emailing customer service clubzona@drinkarizona.com
Can I cancel my membership and get a refund?
You can cancel whenever you want, but the $99 fee is non-refundable—even if you haven’t used all your benefits.
