Club ’Zona Terms & Conditions

By joining Club ’Zona, you expressly agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

  • To be eligible to receive Club ’Zona benefits, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to complete the sign-up process on www.drinkarizona.com, provide payment and accurate contact information, including shipping information.

Membership Fee & Sign-Up

  • $99 Annual Fee: Club ’Zona membership requires a non-refundable one-time annual payment of $99 for a twelve (12) month period.

  • Upon signing up for Club ’Zona, new Members will be prompted to provide their T-shirt size and receive one (1) free Club ’Zona T-shirt (size availability may vary. If the requested size is unavailable, customer support will contact you with substitute size information).

Blossom Bucks

  • Upon sign-up, Members will receive $20 in Blossom Bucks (defined as 1 Buck = $1 USD).

  • Blossom Bucks are issued as store credit and can be used on future purchases via www.drinkarizona.com.

  • Blossom Bucks are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • With every purchase, Members will receive five percent (5%) cashback of the checkout total, not order total, converted into Blossom Bucks.

  • Expiration Policy: Blossom Bucks will expire twelve (12) months from the date in which they were earned. Blossom Bucks earned by making purchases shall be deemed earned on the date of such purchase. 

First-Sip Program

  • All Club ’Zona Members will be part of our First-Sip program in which Members have the opportunity to obtain our newly released drinks and snacks as a free sample. These rewards must be claimed/redeemed through the Member account portal in order for them to be shipped to the Member address as indicated in the portal. 

  • We may release products to Members before they are widely available in “every”  store, before they are available to “everyone,” or before they are available on www.drinkarizona.com.

  • As we have many Members, the timing of our shipments is not guaranteed and shipment delivery times may vary depending on location and product distribution schedules.

  • Club ’Zona reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to alter the number of products sent to Members in the First-Sip program.

Membership Term, Renewal & Cancellation

  • Membership to Club ’Zona automatically renews twelve (12) months following the sign-up date, unless otherwise specified or cancelled by the Member.  By signing up, you agree to the auto-renewal using the original form of payment,  until cancelled. At the time of any and all automatic renewals, Members will be charged the current annual fee.

  • Members can cancel their membership at any time by clicking into their account settings and selecting “Cancel Membership” or contacting clubzona@drinkarizona.com. However, no refunds or proration will be issued for the membership fee, Blossom Bucks or other benefits once membership is cancelled.

Disclaimers

  • Club ’Zona is not responsible for any delays in shipping, product availability, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that may affect product delivery or Member benefits.

  • Club ’Zona reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue the membership program, benefits, or these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason without prior notice to Members.

  • By becoming a Member of Club ’Zona, you consent to receive promotional emails, updates, and offers related to your Club ’Zona Membership. Members can opt out of such marketing communications at any time.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AriZona, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the membership services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; or (d) any other matter relating to the Club ’Zona Membership program.

  • In no event shall AriZona’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the membership program exceed the total amount paid by you to Shop AriZona for the membership in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law, Venue

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the substantive laws of the state of New York without regard to the conflicts of laws rules of New York.

Dispute Resolution

  • In the event that there is any dispute regarding any of the Club ’Zona terms and conditions discussed herein, the Parties agree that such dispute shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration to be conducted in Nassau County, New York on a date and at a time convenient to all Parties by and pursuant to rules and regulations of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).
