Registration, Age & Identification

Please register in advance—unfortunately, we can’t accept walk-ins. Our tours are open to guests 10 and older, and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Adults should bring a government-issued photo ID that matches the name used to sign up. If you’re leading a Private Tour, please bring a guest list and make sure that parents or guardians complete the online waiver for any minors before your group arrives.

Attire and Safety

Because the factory is an active workplace, we have specific safety requirements. All guests must wear flat, closed-toe, closed-heel shoes — sneakers are ideal. Sandals, clogs, Crocs, and high heels are not allowed. We recommend wearing long pants, and shirts must have sleeves.

For safety, long hair must be tied back, and loose clothing or accessories such as long jewelry, scarves, or ties are not permitted. Religious head coverings are welcome, provided they are secured. Visitor badges will be issued at check-in and must be worn at all times. Guests who do not meet these requirements will not be permitted on the tour.

Accessibility

Visitors will walk throughout the experience and should be prepared to go up and down at least one flight of stairs. An audio headset is provided and required to hear the guide throughout the walking tour.
AriZonaLand is committed to providing an accessible experience. If you or someone in your group requires specific accommodations, please contact us via email at arizonalandtours@drinkarizona.com before registering so we can confirm the support we can provide.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome in the visitor center and designated tour gathering spaces. However, due to strict food safety and sanitation regulations, they are not permitted in production areas. Please note that service animals are defined as dogs trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities. Emotional support or comfort animals do not qualify as service animals under this policy.

Personal Belongings

Guests should bring only essential items such as a wallet, keys, and a transparent water bottle. Bags, backpacks, and cell phones must be left at home or secured in your vehicle. If that’s not possible, our team can provide a safe storage area for the duration of your visit. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
