Ordered a case directly from Arizona along with a case of a different type of tea in cans. The cans arrived as expected but the cold brew did not. Checking the shipping, I saw that these were listed as out of stock AFTER I ordered . About a week or two later the cold brew finally arrived with no notification of stocking issues or delays in shipping. When I opened the first bottle of Lemon Tea, it smelled oddly like vinegar and overflowed as if carbonated. When I took a small sip it had indeed gone off, was fizzy and tasted sour. I tried each of the varieties and found the same thing - Green Tea, Sweet Tea, Arnold Palmer, and Unsweetened all had the same issue. When I contacted Arizona they responded right away asking for best by dates and product codes from the bottles. After I sent them this information, radio silence for two days. Finally, after my third follow up email I was finally told I would be getting a refund check in several weeks and some manufacturer coupons. I have yet to receive either form of compensation. Definitely not purchasing AZ Cold Brew ever again.
