ARIZONA BEVERAGES “SUPER SWEEPS”

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase OR PAYMENT will not improve your CHANCES of winning.

ELIGIBILITY: The AriZona Beverages “Super Sweeps” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to individual, legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are Instagram account holders and follow @DrinkArizona, 21+ years of age and older and the age of majority in jurisdiction of residence at time of entry. Employees of Arizona Beverages USA LLC (“Sponsor”), Mpire Creative LLC, distributing retailer(s) of Sponsor, Warner Bros, Entertainment Inc., (“Warner Bros.”) and each of their respective parents, successors and assigns, bottlers, subsidiaries and affiliates; employees of advertising, promotion and public relations agencies & prize providers involved in any way with this Sweepstakes; and members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their spouses) or persons living within the same household of any of such individuals are not eligible to participate or win a Prize. Void outside the US/DC and where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Sweepstakes Official Rules.

TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at approximately 12:00:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on 7/3/25 and ends on 8/15/25 at 11:59:59 PM EDT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). You must be following @DrinkArizona on Instagram to enter. There are 2 ways to enter:

Look for the post on Instagram featuring the AriZona x Superman limited edition Green Tea can on @DrinkArizona that announces the Sweepstakes. Like the post and comment tagging up to five (5) friends using #AZSuperSweepstakes as your caption (each, an “Entry”). Entrant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry per friend tagged with a maximum of five (5) entries. Tagging at least one (1) friend using #AZSuperSweepstakes is required for Entry to be eligible.
Post a photo of the AZ x Superman limited edition Green Tea can to your Instagram feed including #AZSuperSweepstakes tagging @DrinkArizona (a “Photo Entry”). A qualified Photo Entry will receive five (5) entries into the Sweepstakes.

Entry/Photo Entry (collectively “Entries”) may require a wireless device with Internet access or WiFi. All Entries must include required hashtag (#AZSuperSweepstakes) on Instagram by 11:59:59 PM EDT on 8/15/25, the date the Sweepstakes ends. The Sponsor’s computer will be the official timekeeping device. Any Photo Entry shared on entrant’s feed must comply with Instagram’s guidelines. Submission of a Photo Entry grants Sponsor and its agents the right to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify such Photo Entry in any way, in any and all media, without limitation, and without approval or consideration to the entrant as permitted by law. Photo Entry must be unpublished, may not have been submitted in any other competition, and cannot infringe upon any rights or trademarks of any third party. Any Entry that is deemed to be inappropriate may be declared to be ineligible, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries that are generated by a script, macro, or other automated means and/or including but not limited to copyright, or other intellectual property rights, or rights of privacy or publicity will be disqualified. Entrant must have expressed written permission from any individual pictured in a Photo Entry (if applicable). Entrants must have an Instagram profile/account set to public. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and or report any Entry it deems to be inappropriate, offensive or not in keeping with Sponsor’s image, in its sole discretion otherwise not in compliance with these rules will be disqualified. Entries become the property of Sponsor. Limit: five (5) Entries per person including all methods of entry. Normal message/phone/Internet access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply. Check with your wireless service provider for details. Receipt of Entry may be acknowledged, but such acknowledgment does not constitute any representation as to eligibility.

WINNER DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION: a random drawing will be conducted on or about 8/16/25. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or an authorized representative of Sponsor, from all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Any Entry generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to impair the integrity of the administration process, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be void. An individual participant may not enter using multiple identities or Instagram accounts. Any individual who attempts to enter the Sweepstakes using multiple identities or user names in attempt to gain additional Entries beyond the limit as stated in these Official Rules, will be disqualified and all Entries will be void. Account sharing or posting by proxy on behalf on another individual is not permitted. If any improper or fraudulent Entry posting activity is suspected, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void the Entry and/or disqualify the entrant. Potential winner will be contacted by a representative of Sponsor on or by 8/21/25. Sponsor will send a direct message or comment to potential winning Entry on respective social media platform and may require potential winner to send an email to Sponsor’s designated email address as provided by Sponsor to claim Prize. Potential winner will be required respond to Sponsor within 48 hours of notification accepting the Prize. If Sponsor does not receive a reply message from potential winner within specified time, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate. Potential Prize winner may be required to demonstrate control of the social media account associated with a winning Entry. Winner will be subject to verification. Winner & winner’s travel companion will be required to sign & return to Sponsor an Affidavit of eligibility, liability release and (where lawful) a publicity release. Winner will be required to complete & return to Sponsor an IRS Form W9. Winner will receive a Form 1099MISC for the value of the prize. Federal, state & local taxes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. Noncompliance by date specified for the return of the documents, or return of these documents or any prize as undeliverable, will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of Instagram account, email/mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants. Unclaimed or undeliverable prize may not be awarded.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: a 2-night/3-day trip for two people (winner and 1 guest) to Los Angeles, California and a and a Deluxe Tour of Warner Bros. Studios Hollywood (“Prize”). Prize includes: round trip, economy air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major gateway airport near winner’s home (at Sponsor’s discretion) to a major gateway airport near Los Angeles, California, two (2) nights hotel accommodations as designated by Sponsor (1 room, double occupancy), Deluxe Tour tickets for winner & guest of Warner Bros. Studios Hollywood, ground transportation to/from California airport & to/from Warner Bros. Studios, and air & hotel taxes. All travel must be completed by 12/31/25 or prize may be forfeited in its entirety. If winner lives within 120 miles of Los Angeles, CA, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air (as determined by Sponsor). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $4,999.00, actual value may vary based on travel dates and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between the estimated ARV stated above and the actual value will not be awarded. Winner and guest will be required to travel on the same itinerary and on dates as specified by Sponsor, based on availability at Sponsor’s discretion or Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. A minor may accompany winner but winner must be the parent/legal guardian of minor and must accompany minor on all Prize travel. Age of minor traveler may be subject to Warner Bros. Studios minimum age requirement (five (5) years of age) to participate in the Deluxe Tour. All arrangements are subject to availability. Travel must be booked/confirmed at least 30 days prior to departure date. Once travel arrangements are confirmed, no changes will be permitted. Any other expenses not specified herein including, but not limited to ground transportation, meals, parking and incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. Additional restrictions & black-out dates may apply. Winner will be issued an IRS Form MISC1099 for value of Prize won and agrees, upon Sponsor’s request and without additional compensation, to fully cooperate with Sponsor and its agencies relative to Sponsor’s compliance with any applicable tax reporting requirements. Prize will only be awarded to the natural owner of the social media account upon verification.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: No substitution, assignment or transfer of Prize permitted by winner. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion if an advertised Prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of Prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Grand Prize. Images shown in any Sweepstakes materials are for illustration purposes only; Prize awarded to Winner may vary from that depicted.

PRIVACY: Sponsor may collect personal information from Sweepstakes participants before and after Entry (and for when they may be deemed a winner of the Promotion) for use in administration of the Sweepstakes. The information collected is subject to the Privacy Policies located at https://drinkarizona.com/pages/privacy-policy. If you are selected as a winner, your information may also be included in a publicly-available winner’s announcement on social media.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winner, by acceptance of Prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name and/or Entry, photograph, post(s) on social media websites, voice and/or likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, at any times or time, in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a Prize, Sweepstakes entrants agree to: (a) be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) to release and forever discharge and covenant not to sue Sponsor, Mpire Creative LLC, participating retailer(s), Warner Bros., Meta Platforms Inc. and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, agents and promotion and advertising agencies, prize providers and the employees, directors and officers of each of the foregoing entities (“Released Parties”), from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses and liabilities, of any nature whatsoever, which they may now or hereafter assert, including but not limited to, claims for injury, death, damages, or illness arising out of or relating to or claimed to be arising out of or relating to Sweepstakes Entry, Prize acceptance, preparing for or travelling to any Prize-related activity, or use or misuse of the Prize or any product or prize certificate awarded including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage. Sponsor and Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in Sweepstakes-related material or these Official Rules or in the announcement or offering of any prize. Entrant hereby represents and warrants that participant/entrant has read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with their contents and agree to be bound by them. Released Parties are not responsible for any damage to mobile device or computer system, WIFI, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in phone or computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature and may limit ability to participate, or for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, or incorrect Entries, and all such entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or submission of Entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to such action using the procedure outlined above. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION: This Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Sweepstakes, and/or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof. Entrants consent to jurisdiction and venue in the federal and state courts located in Nassau County, New York, and agree that any claims or disputes shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action exclusively in those courts. Any and all claims, judgements, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees. Entrant, by participating and/or submitting an Entry in the Sweepstakes under no circumstances will be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages and waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

WINNER: Prize winner will be posted on Instagram @DrinkAriZona following winner verification and once prize has been awarded.
