ARIZONA BEVERAGES “ARIZONA LEGENDS TOUR SWEEPS”

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY

The AriZona Beverages “AriZona Legends Tour Sweeps” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

Employees of Arizona Beverages USA LLC (“Sponsor”), Mpire Creative LLC, participating retailers, Mattel, Inc. (“Mattel”), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, bottlers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize providers involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children and their respective spouses) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate or win.

Void outside the U.S. and D.C. and where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on April 24, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM EDT on December 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

1. QR Code / Online Entry:

Scan the Hot Wheels QR code available at select Hot Wheels Legends Tour locations or visit https://drinkarizona.com/pages/arizona-x-hot-wheels-giveaway and complete the online entry form by submitting your email address and mobile phone number.

By entering, you agree that Sponsor may contact you by email or phone regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, including winner notification.

During the entry process, entrants will have the opportunity to affirmatively opt in to receive recurring marketing and promotional communications from Sponsor via email and/or text message. Such consent is optional, is not required to enter or win, and will not affect an entrant's chances of winning. Standard message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel, text HELP for help. Entrants who opt in may withdraw consent at any time by following the instructions provided in such communications.

2. Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry or “AMOE”):

To enter without scanning a QR code or submitting an online form, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a plain 3” x 5” card and mail it in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026 and received by January 15, 2027 to be eligible.

Each mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit: One (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void.

No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries will be accepted.

All eligible entries, regardless of method of entry, will have an equal chance of winning.

WINNER DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 16, 2027, from among all eligible entries received.

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its authorized representative. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified on or about January 16, 2027 via email and phone. The potential winner must respond and accept the prize in writing within seven (7) days of notification to accept the prize. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

The potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release. The potential winner will be required to provide Sponsor with their Social Security number or Taxpayer Identification Number (via IRS Form W-9) for tax reporting purposes. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the fair market value of the prize, as required by applicable law. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner is subject to verification. Noncompliance with any requirement may result in disqualification.

PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize: A used 1990 Mazda Miata vehicle wrapped in an AriZona Green Tea Blossom design (the “Vehicle”).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.

The Vehicle is a previously used automobile and will be awarded “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the condition, safety, performance, or merchantability of the Vehicle.

VEHICLE-SPECIFIC TERMS

Winner acknowledges and agrees that:

The Vehicle may have mechanical, cosmetic, or other defects, known or unknown.
Sponsor has not made and expressly disclaims any warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with acceptance and use of the Vehicle, including but not limited to:

Title, registration, and licensing
Insurance
Transportation or delivery
Maintenance and repairs
Taxes (federal, state, and local)

Winner must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and provide proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the Vehicle.

Sponsor reserves the right to require winner to take delivery of the Vehicle at a location designated by Sponsor.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The Vehicle will be displayed and transported to multiple public events during the Sweepstakes Period as part of the AriZona Legends Tour. Sponsor will exercise reasonable care with respect to the Vehicle during the Tour; however, Sponsor does not guarantee that the Vehicle will remain free from damage, theft, or other loss prior to delivery to the winner.

If, prior to winner verification and delivery, the Vehicle is stolen, destroyed, materially damaged, or otherwise rendered unavailable, unsafe, or commercially unreasonable to repair, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award a substitute prize of equal or greater approximate retail value, as determined by Sponsor, in full satisfaction of the prize obligation.

Risk of loss remains with Sponsor until the Vehicle is delivered to the confirmed winner and all required transfer documentation has been executed. Upon delivery, the winner assumes all risk of loss, damage, or injury associated with the Vehicle.

Sponsor shall not be responsible for any delays, cancellations, mechanical failures, safety issues, or defects related to the Vehicle after transfer of possession to the winner.

Winner is solely responsible for determining whether acceptance or use of the Vehicle complies with applicable local, state, and federal laws, including vehicle emissions, registrations inspection, safety, and insurance requirements.

STATE REGISTRATION & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sponsor has complied with all registration and bonding requirements, where applicable, including those of the State of New York, the State of Florida, and the State of Rhode Island.

Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor will file a winners list with applicable state authorities as required by law, including within ninety (90) days of the Sweepstakes end date with the New York Department of State and within sixty (60) days with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Sponsor will maintain complete records of this Sweepstakes for a period of no less than four (4) years following its conclusion.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at:

Information collected for the purpose of this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time without affecting eligibility or chances of winning.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to:

Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Release and hold harmless Sponsor, AriZona Beverages USA,LLC, participating retailers, Mattel, Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

Except where prohibited by law, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, and entry for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, for a period of two (2) years following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

Each entrant specifically releases Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Instagram) from any and all claims arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram, and entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Meta Platforms, Inc.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Winner acknowledges that operation of a motor vehicle involves inherent risks and agrees to assume all such risks upon acceptance of the Vehicle.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

WINNERS LIST

To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: AriZona Legends Tour Sweeps – Winners List, c/o Arizona Beverages USA LLC, 60 Crossways Park Dr. West, Suite 400, Woodbury, NY 11797. Requests must be received within one hundred eighty (180) days of the Sweepstakes end date. A copy of the winners list will be furnished without charge to any person who requests the same, as required by applicable law.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION; MANDATORY ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER

NOTICE: THESE OFFICIAL RULES CONTAIN A MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

Except where prohibited by law, any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with these Official Rules, this Sweepstakes, or the prize awarded (collectively, “Claims”) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action or representative proceeding, by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. The seat of arbitration shall be Nassau County, New York. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this arbitration provision prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm. If the class action waiver in this provision is found to be unenforceable with respect to any Claim, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void as to that Claim, which shall proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to the Governing Law section below. YOU AND SPONSOR AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED BY THE ENTRANT IN CONNECTION WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00); (B) IN NO EVENT WILL ENTRANT BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER LEGAL COSTS; AND (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES AS SET FORTH ABOVE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent any claim is not subject to arbitration under the Dispute Resolution provision above, the parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

Following winner verification and confirmation, the winner will be announced on Sponsor’s Instagram account (@DrinkAriZona) following verification.
