Guidelines for submitting content and earning Blossom Bucks

Effective September 16 2026

We love seeing how Club 'Zona members bring AriZona into their everyday lives. These Guidelines explain what you may submit, how we review submissions, when rewards are issued, and how AriZona may use approved content.

By submitting content through the Club 'Zona UGC Capture form and checking the required boxes, you agree to these Guidelines, , the Club 'Zona UGC Submission Agreement, the Club 'Zona Terms and Conditions,  the DrinkAriZona Terms of Service, and the DrinkAriZona Privacy Policy.

Who can submit

1. Adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if older) and legally able to agree to these Guidelines.

2. Club ‘Zona members. You must have an active Club 'Zona account in good standing. The name and email on your submission must match the account that will receive any Blossom Bucks.

3. United States. The program is intended for legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Public social account. Your Instagram or TikTok account must be public while we review your submission. Stories, disappearing posts, private posts, and inaccessible links are not eligible.

5. One submitter. Only the Club 'Zona member who submits the content may receive a reward.

6. Not an insider. AriZona employees, their immediate family and household members, and anyone under contract to create content for AriZona are not eligible for rewards.

What to submit

·       Complete every required field accurately, including your name, account email, social handle, and a working link to your public feed post.

·       Upload the final video as an MOV or MP4 file. The uploaded video and the public post must match.

·       Feature AriZona products accurately and in a safe, lawful way. Do not feature any alcoholic beverages.

·       Submit only content you created and control. Do not submit reposts, compilations, another creator's work, or substantially duplicate versions of the same content.

·       Keep your post public and unchanged while we review it. We may reject content that is removed, made private, materially edited, or no longer accessible. After approval, keep the disclosure on your post for as long as the

·       Only posts created after you read these Guidelines, with the required disclosure included when first posted, are eligible. Older posts cannot be submitted.

Required disclosure

You are submitting your post for the opportunity to earn Blossom Bucks. Because that opportunity may affect how people understand your post, you must clearly disclose your connection to Club 'Zona on the original public post, even if your submission is not approved.

Place this statement at the beginning of your caption and display it clearly on screen:

·      I’m a Club ‘Zona member and may earn Blossom Bucks from AriZona for this post #ad. Put the written disclosure before any More link. Do not bury it among hashtags, account tags, or links.

·       For video, show the disclosure in large, readable on-screen text near the beginning.

·       If you verbally recommend or endorse an AriZona product, say the disclosure aloud as well.
·       Use the platform's paid partnership or branded content tool when available, but do not rely on that tool by itself.
·       Tagging AriZona, thanking AriZona, or using only #ClubZona, #partner, #ambassador, Gifted, or similar wording is not enough.
·       Your content must reflect your honest experience. We do not require a positive opinion, and approval is not conditioned on a positive review.
·       We review submissions against the criteria in these Guidelines, not on whether your opinion is positive. Honest neutral or critical content is eligible on the same terms if it otherwise meets these Guidelines.

Music and other people’s content

Only include material that AriZona can legally reuse in marketing and advertising.

·       Use original audio that you created, music supplied or approved by AriZona, or music for which you have written commercial-use rights.

·       A song being available in Instagram or TikTok does not necessarily allow AriZona to use it in paid ads, email, websites, retail, or other marketing.

·       Do not include films, television clips, video-game footage, artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, performances, or other material owned by someone else unless you have all necessary written permissions.

·       We may mute, replace, or remove audio, or reject content when the necessary rights cannot be confirmed.

People and privacy

·       Do not include anyone under 18 years old.

·       Every identifiable person must knowingly agree to appear and allow AriZona to use their name, image, likeness, voice, and performance in marketing.

·       Do not record anyone in a place or situation where they reasonably expect privacy.

·       Do not show personal information such as addresses, license plates, school names, financial information, health information, or another person's contact details.

·       We may ask for signed releases or other proof of permission before approving or using content, and we will require a signed release from every identifiable person other than you before using content in paid advertising.

Content we will not approve

·       Anything unlawful, false, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, obscene, violent, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience.

·       Dangerous acts, illegal activity, weapons, drugs, tobacco or nicotine products, or content that encourages unsafe behavior.

·       Health, safety, performance, environmental, comparative, or other factual product claims that AriZona has not approved in writing.

·       Content that disparages another person, brand, product, competitor, or protected group, or falsely suggests sponsorship or affiliation.

·       Content containing minors, unlicensed music, third-party intellectual property, alcoholic beverages, confidential information, visible personal data, political campaigning, or promotion for another brand.

·       Artificially generated or materially manipulated content presented as real. Ordinary editing, captions, and color correction are permitted when they do not mislead viewers. You must tell us on the submission form if you used AI tools to create or change any person, voice, or scene.

·       Bots, fake engagement, purchased views, duplicate accounts, manipulated metrics, or attempts to bypass program limits.

How approval works

Following these Guidelines does not guarantee approval, publication, use, or a reward. AriZona has final approval over every submission and may approve or reject content based on legal compliance, originality, creative quality, technical quality, brand fit, campaign needs, available budget, similarity to other submissions, or other legitimate business considerations. We do not approve or reject content based on whether it expresses a positive or negative opinion of AriZona, and we do not select submissions at random.

Our decisions are final. We are not required to provide feedback or an opportunity to revise. We may request original files, permissions, releases, or other information before making a decision.

If your submission is approved, you will receive an approval email and the applicable Blossom Bucks will be added to your account. A submission is not approved unless both actions occur.

Blossom Bucks and submission limits

·       Each approved submission currently earns $5 in Blossom Bucks. Submitting content does not guarantee a reward.

·     You may receive rewards for up to two approved submissions per calendar month and 12 approved submissions per calendar year.

·     The same or substantially similar content is eligible for only one reward, even if it is posted on multiple platforms or submitted from multiple accounts.

·       Blossom Bucks are promotional account credit. They have no cash value, are nontransferable, may not be sold, and remain subject to the Club 'Zona program terms, expiration rules, account status, and available inventory.

·       We may withhold, reverse, or cancel rewards issued because of error, fraud, ineligibility, a rights dispute, or a violation of these Guidelines, where permitted by law.

·     You are responsible for any tax obligations associated with rewards. We may request information or issue documents when required by law.

Your content and AriZona usage rights

You continue to own the original content you create. By submitting it, you give AriZona Beverages USA LLC, Shop AriZona LLC, their affiliates, and the agencies, licensees, distributors, and retails partners working on our behalf, a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, fully paid, royalty-free license to use the content.

This means we may use, host, store, reproduce, edit, crop, resize, adapt, combine, caption, modify, publish, display, perform, distribute, advertise, promote, and create other materials from your content, in whole or in part. We may use it in any media, including social media, paid advertising, websites, email, streaming, television, print, packaging, retail, events, public relations, out-of-home advertising, internal presentations, and sales materials.

We may also use your submitted name, social handle, image, likeness, voice, performance, and statements as they appear in or relate to the content. We may use the content with or without credit, decide not to use it, and use it without requesting additional approval or providing additional payment. When we use your content in our own advertising, we may identify you as a Club 'Zona member who received rewards.

What you confirm when submitting

By submitting content, you confirm that:

·       you meet all eligibility requirements and the information you provide is accurate;

·       you created the content and have every right, permission, release, and license needed to submit it and allow AriZona to use it;

·       AriZona's use of the content will not violate anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contract, music, or other rights, and will not require AriZona to pay anyone else;

·       the content and your statements are honest, not misleading, and comply with the law, platform rules, and these Guidelines

·       you are not subject to another agreement or obligation that conflicts with these Guidelines.

Program enforcement and changes

We may reject content, suspend or end participation, revoke rewards, or stop using content in the future when we reasonably believe these Guidelines have been violated. We may also delay reviews, suspend new submissions, or change or discontinue the program at any time, subject to applicable law.

These Guidelines supplement Club 'Zona UGC Submission Agreement, the Club 'Zona Terms and Conditions, the DrinkAriZona Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If they conflict, the UGC Submission Agreement controls, then these Guidelines, then the Club 'Zona Terms and Conditions, then the Terms of Service.  If a provision of these Guidelines cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Privacy and questions

We use the information submitted through the form, including your account information, social handle and link, uploaded content, consent records, review status, and reward history, to run the program, evaluate and use submissions, prevent fraud, communicate with members, and comply with the law. Our use of personal information is also governed by the DrinkAriZona Privacy Policy.

To ask us to stop making new uses of your approved content, email [ugc@drinkarizona.com] with a link to it. We will consider requests in good faith, but we are not required to remove materials already created or distributed.
