ARIZONA ELECTRIC BIKE SWEEPSTAKES
11/18/26 to 12/29/2026
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS VALID ONLY IN THE STATE OF UTAH AND IS OPEN ONLY TO QUALIFIED PERSONS (AS DEFINED IN THE RULES BELOW). VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE IS PART OF ANY PRIZE. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR. DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR DO NOT FALL WITHIN THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AS SET FORTH BELOW.
1. SWEEPSTAKES NAME
AriZona Electric Bike Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) on November 18, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MT on December 29, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including the laws of the State of Utah. Void outside the State of Utah and wherever restricted or prohibited by law. Winners are selected solely by random drawing from among all eligible entries; no purchase, payment, or display, use, sale, or consumption of any alcoholic product is required to enter, participate in, or win this Sweepstakes.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Utah who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry, and who have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government-issued photo identification card (collectively, “Qualified Persons”).
The following persons are not eligible to enter, participate, or win:
Employees, officers, and directors of Hornell Brewing Co., Inc. (“Sponsor”), AriZona Beverages USA LLC and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, bottlers, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes, as well as any employees, officers, directors, members, shareholders, or agents of any alcohol-beverage retailers, distributors, wholesalers, or manufacturers and the members of the immediate families or households, whether or not related, of any of the above. “Immediate family members” means, for purposes of this Sweepstakes, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step-grandchildren), and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.
Void outside the State of Utah and where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) ways to enter:
1. QR Code / Online Entry:
During the Sweepstakes Period, scan the QR code available on applicable point-of-sale materials using your mobile device’s camera, or directly visit https://drinkarizona.com/pages/arizona-hard-e-bike-sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes Website”). Scanning the QR code or viewing point-of-sale materials is one convenient way to reach the Sweepstakes Website, but is not required; entrants may enter directly and free of charge at the Sweepstakes Website or by the mail-in Alternate Method of Entry described below, each of which receives an equal chance of winning. Each entrant must fully complete the online entry form with all required information, including his/her full name, valid email address, phone number (including area code), date of birth, and state of residence. After having read and agreed to these Official Rules, click the submit button to submit your online entry. All online entries must be fully complete and must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. MT on December 29, 2026, to be eligible.
During the entry process, entrants will have the opportunity to affirmatively opt in to receive recurring marketing and promotional communications from Sponsor via: (a) email; and/or (b) text message at the mobile number provided. Such opt-in is entirely voluntary, is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes, and will not improve an entrant's chances of winning. For text messages: by checking the SMS opt-in box, entrant expressly consents to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Sponsor at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help. Entrants may withdraw consent to email communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each message.
2. Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry or “AMOE”):
To enter without scanning a QR code or submitting an online form, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a plain 3” x 5” card and mail it in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 29, 2026 and received by January 11, 2027, to be eligible. Each mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit: One (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void.
No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, or automated entries will be accepted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
All eligible entries, regardless of method of entry, will have an equal chance of winning.
Each entrant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address, name, or phone number will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant and must be eligible according to these Official Rules.
Sponsor (Hornell Brewing Co., Inc.), AriZona Beverages USA LLC and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, bottlers, distributors, retailers, agencies, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or damaged entries, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules, or for any entry not submitted or received due to any technical error or failure, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information for any reason, including programming or technical errors, or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer or cellular transmissions and/or network connections; all of which will be disqualified.
5. WINNER DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION
Two (2) potential winners will be selected in two (2) separate random drawings on or about January 15, 2027, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, with one (1) potential winner selected in each drawing for one (1) E-Bike. An entrant who is selected in more than one drawing will be awarded only one (1) E-Bike, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected for the other E-Bike from among the remaining eligible entries in accordance with this Section 5.
The drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its authorized representative. Odds of winning the first E-Bike depend on the total number of eligible entries received; odds of winning the second E-Bike depend on the number of eligible entries remaining after the first drawing.
Each potential winner will be notified on or about January 16, 2027, via email and/or phone using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Each potential winner must respond and accept his/her prize in writing within seven (7) days of notification. Failure of a potential winner to respond within the required timeframe may result in that potential winner’s disqualification and selection of an alternate winner for that prize from among the remaining eligible entries.
During winner notification, each selected potential winner must confirm their eligibility and indicate their willingness and ability to accept the designated prize. If any selected potential winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, he/she will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner will be randomly selected for that prize from among all remaining eligible entries.
Note: Phone messages will not be left during the winner notification process.
Each potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return within seven (7) days of receipt: (1) an Affidavit of Eligibility; (2) a Liability Release; (3) a Publicity Release (where lawful); and (4) age verification documentation confirming the winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Each potential winner will also be required to provide Sponsor with their Social Security number or Taxpayer Identification Number (via IRS Form W-9) for tax reporting purposes, and may be required to present a copy of a valid driver’s license or government-issued photo identification with a valid Utah residential address as a condition of receiving any prize.
Each winner is subject to verification. Noncompliance with any requirement may result in disqualification. Decisions of the Sponsor in the selection and determination of the winners and all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.
6. PRIZE
Two (2) Grand Prizes: Two (2) electric bicycles (“E-Bike”). Exact make, model, color, design, and specifications as solely determined and designated by Sponsor.
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500 per E-Bike (each bike ≈$2,500, including shipping and delivery); $5,000 in the aggregate for both E-Bikes.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE IS PART OF ANY PRIZE AWARD.
7. PRIZE CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
The E-Bike will be awarded “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the condition, safety, performance, or merchantability of the E-Bike, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Winner acknowledges and agrees that he/she is solely responsible for all costs associated with acceptance and use of the E-Bike, including but not limited to:
• Registration and licensing (if required by applicable Utah or local law)
• Insurance
• Transportation or delivery costs, if any
• Maintenance and repairs
• Helmets and other required safety equipment
• All applicable federal, state, and local taxes
Winner must comply with all applicable Utah laws and local ordinances regarding the operation of electric bicycles, including but not limited to helmet requirements, age restrictions, and use on roadways and trails.
Winner must accept delivery of the E-Bike in the method as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. The E-Bike shall be shipped only to the designated residential address as submitted during initial entry and/or as provided during winner notification, via the carrier designated by Sponsor (i.e., UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other Sponsor-designated carrier).
Once shipped, the prize shall be considered as awarded and delivered, and Sponsor shall not be responsible for actual receipt of delivery by winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, late, undelivered, misdirected, damaged, or stolen delivery; or any incorrect delivery address or information provided by winner. In the event of any delivery issues, Sponsor shall have no responsibility to replace the prize award. Winner shall look solely to the designated shipper/carrier for any lost, damaged, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
Prize fulfillment shall occur within thirty (30) days after the winner verification and confirmation. Sponsor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to complete winner verification promptly to ensure compliance with this timeline.
No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion, based upon availability. Failure to collect or properly claim the prize in accordance with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture. If forfeited for any reason, the entrant will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will remain the property of Sponsor and will not be awarded. Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded.
Winner acknowledges that operation of an electric bicycle involves inherent risks and agrees to assume all such risks upon acceptance of the E-Bike.
8. TAX OBLIGATIONS
All income, federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the fair market value of the prize, as required by applicable law. Winner acknowledges that the State of Utah imposes a flat personal income tax, and that sweepstakes winnings must be included in Utah taxable income. Winner is solely responsible for calculating and remitting any amounts owed when filing annual returns. Sponsor recommends that the winner consult a qualified tax professional regarding the tax implications of accepting the prize.
9. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://drinkarizona.com/pages/privacy-policy
Information collected for the purpose of this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, including winner notification and prize fulfillment, and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time without affecting eligibility or chances of winning.
By participating and submitting an entry, entrant agrees that Sponsor is authorized to contact entrant via email, text, mail, phone, or any other form of media to make entrant aware of information pertinent to the Sweepstakes. Entrants may opt out of any further email communication at any time by following the provided opt-out instructions.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to:
• Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
• Release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental, or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities.
Except where prohibited by law, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, city and state of residence, and likeness for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, for a period of two (2) years following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. By submitting an entry, each entrant expressly and affirmatively consents to Sponsor’s and its designees’ use of that entrant’s name, city, and state of residence for such purposes, unless prohibited by law.
In the event an entrant wins a prize and is later found to be in violation of these Official Rules, he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has accepted the prize. False, fraudulent, or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible for any prize.
Released Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, pandemics, force majeure, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ sole control.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment, mobile phone equipment, Internet access, and cellular networks. Released Parties are not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions, or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website, or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, reschedule, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, force majeure, or government regulatory action. In the event of early termination, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the prize winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of such termination.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; MANDATORY ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER
NOTICE: THESE OFFICIAL RULES CONTAIN A MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Except where prohibited by law, any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with these Official Rules, this Sweepstakes, or the prize awarded (collectively, “Claims”) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action or representative proceeding, by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. The seat of arbitration shall be Nassau County, New York. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this arbitration provision prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm. If the class action waiver in this provision is found to be unenforceable with respect to any Claim, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void as to that Claim, which shall proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to the Governing Law section below.
YOU AND SPONSOR AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED BY THE ENTRANT IN CONNECTION WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00); (B) IN NO EVENT WILL ENTRANT BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER LEGAL COSTS; AND (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, OR ANY DAMAGES OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES AS SET FORTH ABOVE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.NOTHING IN THIS SECTION 12 LIMITS OR WAIVES ANY LIABILITY FOR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR GROSSLY NEGLIGENT CONDUCT, OR ANY REMEDY THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT TO BE LIMITED OR WAIVED.
13. GOVERNING LAW
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. To the extent any claim is not subject to arbitration under the Dispute Resolution provision above, the parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Nassau County, New York.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. ODDS
Odds of being selected as a prize winner for the first E-Bike are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of being selected as a prize winner for the second E-Bike are dependent upon the number of eligible entries remaining after the first drawing.

Please specify whether you are requesting the Official Rules or the winners list. Requests must be received within one hundred eighty (180) days of the Sweepstakes end date. A copy of the winners list will be furnished without charge to any person who requests the same, as required by applicable law.
