ELIGIBILITY: The AriZona “Camp Flog Gnaw” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to individual, legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia who are 21 years of age and older and the age of majority in their state or territory of residence at the time of entry (“Eligible Person/Entrant”). Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of AriZona Beverages USA, LLC (“Sponsor”), and each of their parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, prize providers, and advertising, promotion and other agencies and all other service agencies involved with the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where the reside) and household of each such employee (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside the United States and where prohibited. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/30/26 and ends on 11/7/26 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). To enter the Sweepstakes, visit https://drinkarizona.com/pages/arizona-hard-camp-flog-gnaw-sweeps during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the directions to complete and submit the online entry form (an “Entry”). Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on 11/7/26, the date the Sweepstakes ends. The Sponsor’s computer shall be the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be valid. Limit: one (1) Entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. An individual participant may not enter using multiple/hidden/randomly assigned email address. Released Parties, as defined below, are not responsible for computer system, network, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in electronic transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature & may limit participation. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. If you opt to access the Sweepstakes website via your wireless mobile device (only available via participating wireless carriers), data rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Sponsor is not responsible for any charges. Individuals who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their registration form, and/or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. Other entry methods than those outlined above are void and will not receive Entry

PRIZE: On or about 11/9/26, a random drawing will be conducted by a representative of Sponsor (or authorized agent) from all eligible entries received to award: One (1) Grand Prize: two (2) GA tickets (winner & guest) to attend the Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival (“Prize”) at Dodger Stadium grounds Los Angeles, CA November 14-15, 2026. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize: $790. Prize includes admission tickets only and must be used on dates as specified by Sponsor or Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Any other expenses not specified herein including, but not limited to, transportation, accommodations, parking, incidentals, federal, state and local taxes (if any), are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. Additional restrictions may apply. Winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099MISC for value of Prize won at the end of the calendar year Prize made available and agrees, upon Sponsor’s request and without additional compensation, to fully cooperate with Sponsor and its agencies relative to Sponsor’s compliance with any applicable tax reporting requirements. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Verified Prize winner will be required to pick up Prize tickets at the venue’s Will Call ticket office. Winner & guest will be required to provide valid photo identification. Entry into Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival & use of tickets is subject to the terms & conditions and security procedures set by Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival event management team. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered or donated. If the Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival should be delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, use of Prize will be subject to the ticket policy. Winner will not receive a refund of any kind for unused Prize. In no event will the Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated maximum number of prizes.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: No substitution, assignment or transfer of Prize permitted by winner. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion if an advertised Prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of Prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to Prize including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose and/or mechanical condition. Images shown in any promotional materials are for illustration purposes only; Prize awarded to Winner may vary from that depicted.

WINNER NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION: Prize winner will be notified by the email used at time of Entry to register for the Sweepstakes. Failure to respond to the notification of winning within the specified time period in the notification, the return of any notification as undeliverable, Sponsor’s inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or noncompliance with these Rules may result in disqualification. Prize winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of eligibility, liability release and (where lawful) a publicity release and an IRS Form W9 and perhaps other documents. Guest of Prize winner may be required to complete and return a liability/publicity release. If guest of Prize winner is a minor, parent/legal guardian must accept Prize on minor’s behalf and accompany minor on all Prize travel. Noncompliance by date specified for the return of the documents, or return of these documents or any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email, mailing address, and/or telephone number of Entrants. Unclaimed or undeliverable Prize may not be awarded. Prize will be awarded assuming sufficient number of eligible entries are received & potential winner is able to accept & claim Prize in accordance with these Official Rules. Notification process will be repeated until such time a confirmed winner is determined, unless Sponsor determines in its reasonable discretion that it is unlikely that a Prize winner will be determined due to time constraints in which case the applicable Prize will remain unawarded. Sponsor not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify potential winner. Sponsor reserves the right to delay announcement of Prize winner for any reason it deems necessary.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Acceptance of Prize constitutes winner’s agreement and permission for Sponsor, and their agents to use winner’s name/likeness for advertising and trade purposes in any and all media without further notice, approval or compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting Prize, Sweepstakes Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any printing or other errors in Sweepstakes related material. Released Parties are not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in phone or computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for illegible, lost, late, damaged, corrupt, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed or misdirected Entries, and all such entries will be void. Released Parties also not responsible for any interruptions in phone service, unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website or other connections that may limit a person’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. Entries that are generated by a script, macro, or other automated means and/or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Entrants may not enter with multiple e-mail addresses nor may Entrants use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple Entrants. Any Entrant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities, or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times will be disqualified, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same e-mail address. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Promotion and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of the Entrant, the authorized account holder of said e-mail account at the time of Entry will be considered the Entrant. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. An individual must enter on their own behalf. An individual may not enter for someone else. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes, in its entirety or in part, should tampering, unauthorized intervention, counterfeiting, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes or to accommodate unforeseeable changes in the administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of the Rules or any laws, or to be attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, misappropriation, infringement, or any other unfair playing practices, poor sportsmanship, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other participants or Sponsor representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPTION TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITMIATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

DISPUTES: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of New York State or the appropriate New York State Court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of New York and by entering you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of The State of New York and located in Nassau County for the resolution of any disputes or claims.

FORCE MAJEURE: Without limiting any other provision in these Official Rules, the Released Parties are not responsible for or liable to any Entrant or winner, or any person claiming through such Entrant or winner, for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof due to any Sweepstakes activity being affected, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion by reason of (without limitation), (a) any acts of God; (b) any law, rule, action, regulation, order or request by any local, state or federal governmental or quasi-governmental entity or authority; (c) equipment failure; (d) terrorist acts, threatened terrorist acts, air raid, act of public enemy, or war; (e) fire, flood, earthquake, blackout, epidemic, pandemic or explosion; (f) unusually severe weather, snowfall, flood, tornado or hurricane; (g) embargo, labor dispute, strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or work slow-down; (h) civil disturbance, insurrection, riot or public assembly; or (i) any other cause uncontrollable by the Released Parties, whether or not specifically mentioned above.

RELEASE: By entering this Sweepstakes, each Entrant forever and irrevocably releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Goldenvoice (an AEG Presents company), Mpire Creative LLC and each of their respective parents, divisions, subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, Sponsor’s advertising and promotion agencies, other sweepstakes partners and prize suppliers, participating retailers and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any injury, loss, damage, liability, claim or expense of any kind or nature (including, without limitation, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS AND DEATH) arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities or events, including but not limited to, claims for injury, death, damages, or illness arising out of or relating to or claimed to be arising out of or relating to Sweepstakes Entry, prize acceptance, preparing for and traveling to & attendance at any Prize-related activity.

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes each Entrant’s and winner’s consent to Sponsor’s, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates use of such person’s name, biography, likeness, voice, photographs, video, opinions, hometown, state and country for promotional purposes in any manner or media (including, without limitation, online), worldwide, in perpetuity, and without further payment, consideration or consent.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information or late, lost, stolen, unintelligible, illegible, damaged, mutilated, altered, incomplete, misdirected entries or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or service; (d) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (e) printing, typographical, electronic or human errors which may occur in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to Entrant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or from viewing, playing or downloading any material from Sponsor’s website(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to a Sponsor website by a hypertext link.

PRIVACY: Sponsor collects personal information from participants before and after Sweepstakes Entry (and for when they may be deemed a winner of the Sweepstakes) for use in administration of the Sweepstakes. The information collected is subject to: https://drinkarizona.com/policies/privacy-policy. If you are selected as a winner, your information may also be included in a publicly-available list of winners.

WINNER: Prize winner will be posted on Instagram @drinkarizona following winner verification and once prize has been claimed.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. These Official Rules form a binding legal agreement between the Participant and Sponsor with respect to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is a contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
