NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. INTERNET ACCESS AND A VALID, VERIFIABLE EMAIL ADDRESS ARE REQUIRED. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The AriZona Back to School “Stock Up Your Dorm” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on 8/18/25 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on 9/1/2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer & server shall be the official timekeeper & timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. The decisions of the Sponsor are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to individual, legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of date of Sweepstakes entry. Employees of Arizona Beverages USA LLC (the “Sponsor”), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, prize providers, distributors and advertising, promotion and judging agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win a prize in this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
3. HOW TO ENTER: You must successfully enter on the Website to qualify. Once you enter on the Website, you may gain additional entries by participating on Instagram. Entry on Instagram only will not qualify an entrant for the drawing or a chance to win the prize.
a. During the Sweepstakes Period go to https://drinkarizona.com/pages/arizona-dorm-giveaway (“Website”).
Once on the Website, follow the instructions to complete the official entry form, opt in to receive emails from Arizona Beverages and accept the Sweepstakes agreement to these Official Rules to enter the Sweepstakes (“an Online Entry”). Upon successful completion of Online Entry, participant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: one (1) Online Entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Any individual using or suspected of using multiple/different names, email addresses, mailing addresses or identities, will void such suspect Online Entries and that individual may be disqualified. Use of any robotic, repetitive, programmed or automated computer system to participate in this Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Acknowledgement of Online Entry may be received, but such acknowledgment does not constitute any representation as to eligibility.
b. Entry via Instagram. FIRST YOU MUST ENTER ON THE SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE TO QUALIFY TO ENTER ON INSTAGRAM. After successful submission of an Online Entry, look for the official Sweepstakes post on Instagram @DrinkAriZona that announces the Sweepstakes. Like the post and comment tagging one (1) friend using #BTSAriZonaSweepstakes as your caption (each, an “Entry”). Entrant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per comment that tags one (1) friend. You may enter as often as you wish, but each comment must tag a different friend and include #BTSAriZonaSweepstakes in the comment is required for Entry to be eligible. Tagging the same friend more than one (1) time and/or not using the required hashtag #BTSAriZonaSweepstakes will disqualify the Entry (Entries). Entrant must have an Instagram profile/account set to public. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and or report any Entry it deems to be inappropriate, offensive or not in keeping with Sponsor’s image, in its sole discretion or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EDT on 9/1/25, the date the Sweepstakes ends. All entries become the property of Sponsor.
4. WINNER DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION: a random drawing will be conducted on or about 9/3/25. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or an authorized representative of Sponsor, from all eligible Entries received from all methods of entry combined. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received. Potential winner will be contacted by a representative of Sponsor on or about 9/4/25. Sponsor will send either an email or a direct message or comment to potential winning Entry on respective social media platform and may require potential winner to send an email to Sponsor’s designated email address as provided by Sponsor to claim Prize. Potential winner will be required respond to Sponsor within 48 hours of notification accepting the Prize. If Sponsor does not receive a reply message from potential winner within specified time, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate. Potential Prize winner may be required to demonstrate control of the email address or social media account associated with a winning entry. Winner will be subject to verification. Winner may be required to sign & return to Sponsor an Affidavit of eligibility, liability release and (where lawful) a publicity release. Noncompliance by date specified for the return of the documents, or return of any notification or any prize as undeliverable, will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of Instagram account, email/mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants. Unclaimed or undeliverable prize may not be awarded.
5. GRAND PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: An AriZona Dorm Starter Pack including a Limited-Edition AriZona Mini Fridge, Fruit Snack Variety Pack, Clutch Lunch Bag, Backpack, Pencil Case, Plush Pillow, Blanket, Pen Pack, Reusable Bottle, Notebook, “Have An Iced Day” Hoodie, Hydration Stix Variety Pack, and Big Can Tea Variety Pack. Winner must accept the prize pack as is & as determined by Sponsor. Size, color, options and other features of the prize components to be specified by Sponsor. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $500.00. Prize is nontransferable, non-assignable, and no substitution or cash redemption is allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or portion thereof with a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if advertised prize or portion thereof becomes unavailable. The ARV of any prize listed is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of a prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. Sponsor shall have no obligation to award more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules. A complete, physical U.S. mailing address will be required for prize shipment (no P.O. Boxes). Winner is responsible for all federal, state & local taxes & fees relating to the prize, if applicable. Allow 8 weeks for prize shipment following winner verification. Manufacturers/suppliers and other details of prizes to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes to be awarded "as is" and any and all warranties and/or guarantees (if any) shall be subject to the manufacturers'/suppliers’ terms; therefore, winners agree to look solely to such manufacturer(s)/supplier(s) for any such warranty(s) and/or guarantee(s), if any. Actual prizes awarded may vary from those that are depicted in advertising materials. Any prize depiction is for illustrative purposes only. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost or stolen prizes, or any part thereof, or any issues arising out of or in connection with winner's use of a prize, or any part thereof. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE GRAND PRIZE OR ANY ACTIVITY RELATED TO THE GRAND PRIZE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE.
Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.
6. GENERAL RULES: Normal message/phone/Internet access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply. Check with your wireless service provider for details. Any Entry generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to impair the integrity of the administration process, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be void. Automated submissions are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. An individual participant may not enter using multiple email or mailing addresses or phone numbers, nor use any other device or artifice, to register multiple times. Any individual participant who attempts to register with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times in attempt to gain additional Sweepstakes entries beyond the limit as stated in these Official Rules, will be disqualified and all entries will be void, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Multiple individuals are not permitted to share or enter using the same email address or enter by proxy on behalf of another individual. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account subscriber. Sponsor not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entrant information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, illegible, invalid, or misdirected entries/winner notification documents; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections which may limit participation; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer/phone equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Sweepstakes participant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the participant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW; SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds: to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the Sweepstakes process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or, to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules.
7. PRIVACY: Sponsor collects personal information from participants before and after Sweepstakes Entry (and for when they may be deemed a winner of the Sweepstakes) for use in administration of the Sweepstakes. Email Collection & Consent: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive email communications from AriZona Beverages, including marketing and promotional messages. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in every email you receive from us. Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://drinkarizona.com/policies/privacy-policy. If you are selected as the winner, your information may also be included in a publicly-available winner announcement.
8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Participant hereby holds the Sponsor, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, representatives, promotion & advertising agencies, participating retailers, prize providers, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) harmless from and against any third-party claim arising from receipt or use of any prize or Entry. Participating in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use a winner’s name, address, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration or approval. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, the entrant agrees that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Sweepstakes entry, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or component thereof, if applicable, or submission of an Online Entry or Entry, or otherwise participation in the Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or while preparing for or traveling to any prize-related or unrelated activity, or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with their contents and agree to be bound by them.
9. GOVERNING LAW: The Sweepstakes and the Official Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Entrants submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in New York and agree that any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts in Nassau County, New York. You agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of New York; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (c) notwithstanding the foregoing, you waive the right to claim any damages, whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. All entrants expressly agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes, or these Official Rules must be brought only in the federal or state courts located in Nassau County, NY, and entrants’ consent to the mandatory and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts with respect to any such legal proceedings.
10. WINNER: Prize winner will be posted on Instagram @DrinkAriZona following winner verification and once prize has been awarded.

12. SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
13. USE OF TRADEMARKS: The use of a third-party trademark in connection with any prizes being awarded in this Sweepstakes is for the purposes of prize description only and such use is not intended to suggest or imply sponsorship, endorsement, or the approval of this Sweepstakes.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms.
