ELIGIBILITY:The AriZona Beverages “Game Night” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to individual, legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 13 years of age and older at time of entry. Employees of Arizona Beverages USA LLC (“Sponsor”), Mpire Creative LLC, distributing retailer(s) of Sponsor and each of their respective parents, successors and assigns, bottlers, subsidiaries and affiliates; employees of advertising, promotion and public relations agencies involved in any way with this Sweepstakes; and members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their spouses) or persons living within the same household of any of such individuals are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void outside the United States and where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Sweepstakes Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at approximately 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/25/2020 and ends on 11/30/2020 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s computer will be the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. You must be following @drinkarizona on Instagram to enter. There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: 1) Purchase any AriZona Puzzle and Playing Card Bundle at https://drinkarizona.com/collections/games between 10/25/20 and 11:59:59 PM ET on 11/1/20. Post a photo of the completed puzzle to your personal Instagram account during the Promotion Period tagging @DrinkAriZona with the hashtags #AZGameNight and #sweepstakes (the “Required Hashtags”) in the caption (an “Entry”) and you will automatically receive one (1) Entry into the drawing for a chance to win the Grand Prize as specified below. Each person who submits a qualified Entry during the Promotion Period will receive an AriZona Cherry Blossom Beanie hat (Qualified Entries only. Subject to purchase verification by Sponsor and offer terms and conditions available at www.drinkarizona.com/pages/game-night-sweepstakes). Limit: one (1) Beanie per person/household). 2) TO ENTER WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE: create your own AriZona Big Cans themed jigsaw puzzle and post a photo as directed above using the Required Hashtags. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM ET on 11/30/20, the date the Sweepstakes ends. If applicable, photo Entry submitted can only include the entrant who owns the respective Instagram account. Other than the entrant, Entry should not include any other people in the photo without expressed written permission. You may enter as often as you wish but each Entry must be unique. You must tag @DrinkAriZona using the Required Hashtags and must have your Instagram profile set to public for Sponsor to be able to view your Entry. You may sign up for an account at Instagram.com for free and follow @drinkarizona. To enter using a mobile or wireless device, internet access (data package) or WiFi is required. Standard data rates may apply. Check with your wireless service provider for details. Any comment or photo on Instagram must comply with Instagram LLC submission guidelines. Submission of an Entry grants Sponsor and its agents the right to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify such Entry in any way, in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration to the entrant as permitted by law. Entry or comments cannot infringe upon any rights of any third party including but not limited to copyright, or other intellectual property rights, or rights of privacy or publicity. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and report any Entry it deems to be inappropriate, offensive or not in keeping with Sponsor’s image, in its sole discretion. Entries that are generated by a script, macro, or other automated means and/or otherwise not in compliance with these rules will be disqualified. Entries become the property of Sponsor.
RANDOM DRAWING/PRIZE: On or about 12/1/20 a random drawing will be conducted by a representative of Sponsor from all eligible Entries received from all methods of entry combined to award One (1) Grand Prize: an AriZona Beverages branded Razor® Kick Scooter (“Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $99.00. Allow eight (8) weeks for shipment of Prize from winner verification date. Prize will be awarded to the natural owner of the media account upon verification. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible Entries received from all methods of entry combined. Prize will be awarded presuming a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received and Prize is properly claimed. Posting by proxy on behalf on another individual is not permitted. Sponsor will send a direct message to winning entrant on Instagram and may require potential winner to send an email to Sponsor’s designated email address as provided by Sponsor to claim Prize. Winner will be required respond to Sponsor within 48 hours of notification accepting the Prize and will be required to supply a valid, U.S. shipping address (no P.O. Boxes) prior to shipment of Prize. If Sponsor does not receive a reply message from potential winner within specified time, Prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate. Potential Prize winner may be required to demonstrate control of the Instagram account associated with a winning Entry. Potential winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of eligibility, liability release and (where lawful) a publicity release as well as execute an IRS Form W9. Noncompliance by date specified, or return of documents or any Prize or Prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of Instagram account, mailing address, email address, and/or telephone number of entrants. Unclaimed or undeliverable Prize may not be awarded.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:No substitution, assignment or transfer of Prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. If a winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner’s parent/legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and winner. All federal, state and local taxes, if any and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to Prize including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose and/or mechanical condition. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winner (and winner’s parent/legal guardian, if winner is a minor), by acceptance of Prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name and/or photograph, post(s) on social media websites, voice and/or likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, at any times or time, in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION:CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY, PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
