I originally ordered my son the teal color block shirt and the white cherry blossom shirt. My order arrived ahead of schedule, as always (when ordering from Arizona Tea) and my son is always SO STUPID EXCITED when I order him anything with Arizona Tea, especially the cherry blossom stuff (seriously, this kid would be beaming if I ordered him an old, moldy bologna sandwich, that had Arizona Tea's label on it, he may need to seek professional help with this obsession).
Anyways, when he opened up the package, albeit he was stoked about the two shirts, I, however, was not, because *I* knew what I had ordered and the white cherry blossom shirt was not one of the two we received. Instead, we got the black long sleeved shirt (which is almost just as awesome), but not what I knew he wanted.
I sent an email to their customer support, explaining the situation and asked what I needed to do, in order to get the right shirt for him, if it wasn't already sold out. The person that emailed me back was amazing!! They actually knew how to be polite, thorough, efficient, and overall fantastically helpful!
They instructed me to send them a picture of what we got in the mail and a copy of my receipt. No big deal. Email sent. They responded faster than any other company's support team has ever responded to me before, with a new order receipt, with the correct shirt being sent out, I believe that same day, and they weren't charging me for it! Most any other company I've ordered from in the past, would (and actually has) charged me for a refund/exchange, even if the mistake was completely on their end.
The correct shirt got here a couple of DAYS later. Very impressed, as we always are with Arizona Tea!!
Thank you for having the most phenomenal support team and for being a company that obviously knows how to train their employees appropriately with that incredibly rare thing of the past that those people 30 years old and up, call "customer service" and "respect" ....I know, thing of the past!
