The tea was fine: customer service was atrocious. I ordered two cases. One was damaged in transit and never delivered -- not the seller's fault, but not mine either. The seller agreed to send a replacement case, but it only included nine bottles, instead of 12. I emailed them, and they asked me to send a photo of the missing bottles (!). I sent a photo of the open case with nine bottles in it (which, when you think about it, proves nothing). I still have not heard back from them. Buy their tea in the store, but think twice about ordering online.
